The guest wing at Koo Wee Rup had good bones and bare walls. Nikki kept the beds, layered the linen, warmed the floor with a rug and pulled the paddock view into the room.

Every job ends with a room-by-room walkthrough against a 32-point sign-off sheet. Nothing is marked complete until it would pass for a display home, and you get photos of every room when Nikki leaves.

Walk into a home, not a stack of boxes.
Nikki packs the old house, works alongside your removalist, and unpacks and styles the new one. By the time you arrive the kitchen works, the wardrobes are hung and the beds are made.

Nikki directs the removalists so each box lands in the right room, and cleans the old house behind them.

The Farm Holiday House
A three-bedroom homestead on a 100-acre working farm, turned into a guest stay that sleeps eight. Nikki redesigned the rooms and brought in every soft furnishing, picture and plant, so guests arrive to somewhere that feels lived in and looked after.
